Returns, Refunds and Warranty

These policies apply to products purchased online through happyyak.com.  Returns for refund or for warranty must be requested through the Customer Portal.  Returns sent to back to us without a request/claim will not be accepted.

30-day Returns for Refund

  • Refunds provided within 30 days for items returned in new/unworn, unopened, and original condition
  • Free return shipping (original shipping costs not refunded)
  • Refund applied to original form of payment
  • 10% restocking fee
  • No final sale items

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return for a refund, sign into the Customer Portal then click the order you want to return for a refund.  If the order is valid for a refund, there will be a button "Request return" that you can click.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@happyyak.com.

100-day Product Warranty

  • Approved warranty claims will receive a digital gift card for the purchase price amount of the product returned
  • Warranty period is 100 days after receiving product
  • Shipping costs from original order are excluded from the warranty coverage
  • Customer pays shipping costs for returning products related to a warranty claim
  • No final sale items

To be eligible for a warranty claim on a purchase, you must submit your warranty claim within 100 days of receiving the purchased product.  Return the product back to us via the warranty shipping address provided, and if your claim is approved, we'll send you a digital gift card for the product purchase amount (original shipping costs excluded from warranty).

To start a warranty claim, sign into the Customer Portal then click the order you want to return for a refund, or visit the Warranty Claim page and enter your account/order information.  If the order is valid for a warranty claim, there will be a button to proceed with submitting your claim.  A shipping address will be provided for where you will physically return the product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your warranty return, and let you know if the claim was approved or not. If approved, we'll send you a digital gift card within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your warranty claim, please contact us at info@happyyak.com.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that have been worn are not valid for refundable returns, but might be valid for a warranty claim.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Due to seasonal inventory and limited supply, we don't support direct product exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have via the Refund or Warranty processes, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
