To sign up for the Happy Yak warranty for products purchased outside this online store (ie, from Amazon, retail stores, or at markets), send a photograph of your product with purchase receipt to john@happyyak.com .  For products purchased through this online store, you can sign into the Customer Portal to submit your warranty claim directly from your order details page.
